Comfort Pros came out within two days, did a full system check, and determined that they would be able to fix what was wrong with our system without replacing either unit. They just did the repairs today and the system is working beautifully. I’m very thankful to have gotten their second opinion! Both technicians were very helpful and did such a great job that we decided to sign up with them for their maintenance plan. 10/10 recommend.

I was blown away by Adam’s professionalism and attention to detail. We called on Saturday late in the afternoon, and they put us on first available. Then the very next day, Adam called to say he was on his way on a Sunday afternoon. Adam arrived on time. It turns out that Comfort Pro had serviced my grandma’s unit last year to replace the capacitor. Adam did the research with his back office, and made the assessment that the capacitor had failed within their 1 year warranty guarantee. He then replaced the capacitor at no charge. He just charged us for the trip charge and diagnostic screening. The whole experience went above and beyond my expectations. Adam was very patient and took time to explain everything and his ongoing recommendations. I would highly recommend Comfort Pros to everyone. After reading reviews and doing research, I went with a Trane system and Comfort Pros. The people were professional and on time. They answered all of my questions prior to the install. And after the install made sure I know how things worked before they left. During the initial visit, Chris listened to what I wanted and recommend a AC & Furnace to replace the Heat Pump & furnace which was dying after 17 years. The things that were most import to me where reliability and efficiency. I feel that the system Comfort Pro listened to me and recommend a system that meets all my needs. Lastly, I would like to mention that the gentleman installing my AC, had 20+ years experience. Do you research and read the reviews but I think you will find that Comfort Pros is a great company.

This is just a top notch business all around. Just in the age where I thought customer service and companies with values were all gone. Comfort pros has restored my faith. Everyone we interacted with was outstanding. The office manager is as nice as can be. The owner himself took time to fit us in in between appointments and to speak with me over the phone several times to explain everything. The HVAC professions that installed our new system were just that, professional. They were extremely polite and worked hard to get the job done as quick as possible to get us cooled down.
