What Is Typically Included In HVAC Maintenance?
Most HVAC maintenance plans will include a thorough inspection and cleaning of your system. This helps ensure that your system is running efficiently and can help extend your unit's life. In addition, many plans will also offer discounts on repairs and replacement parts.

Why Is HVAC Maintenance Important?
Your HVAC system is one of the most important investments you'll make for your home. Regular maintenance helps to keep your system running smoothly and can prevent small issues from turning into expensive repairs. In addition, regular maintenance can help improve the efficiency of your unit, saving you money on your energy bills.
Reasons For Maintenance Include:
- Dust, dirt, and debris accumulate in air conditioners even when they're not operating. This build-up may reduce the efficiency of the unit that is running, resulting in higher utility bills and preventing it from cooling.
- Regular maintenance extends the life of your air conditioner or heater.
- Regularly servicing your system minimizes the likelihood of water leakage problems, which may cause costly damages.
- Regular maintenance keeps the motors in good working order, which helps you save money on your electricity bill.
- If you don't clean your system on a regular basis, it will wear out faster and the condenser may fail to function correctly.
- Improper cleaning of your drain pipe can lead to clogged drains.
- Clean HVAC systems provide better, fresher indoor air quality.
- Properly maintaining your HVAC system decreases the likelihood of having expensive repair bills.

What Are The Benefits Of A Maintenance Plan?

HVAC Maintenance Programs Are Designed To Keep Your System In Tip-Top Shape.
Think about it like this. With your vehicle, if you change the oil every 3,000 miles, you will get a longer life out of your vehicle vs. not changing the oil, which can lead to shorter engine life. Tires are also the same way, you rotate them regularly and you will get a longer life out of them. Similarly, HVAC maintenance helps you get the longest lifespan out of your HVAC system possible.
